All our soft ice cream machines are self-pasteurizing and have an exclusive detail that they can pasteurise with a small amount of mix in the storage tank. These machines just need to be cleaned every six weeks, a job that takes approximately 90 minutes. 

Nissei are so convinced of the perfect quality of the soft ice cream machines that they have decided to give a 5 year guarantee on the expensive spare parts. NONE OF OUR COMPETITORS are currently offering a backup of this kind.
